Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Ody. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will review your request.
1. Return Window
Return and refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, one of the following conditions should apply:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- Your order was not delivered and confirmed lost by carrier
- You are requesting a first-time satisfaction refund on your initial order (subject to review)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after 30 days from delivery
- Products intentionally damaged or misused after delivery
- Orders with inaccurate shipping information provided by customer
- Delays caused by carrier events outside Ody control
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@odymushrooms.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Full name and email used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos, if item is damaged or incorrect
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Subscription Orders
If your order is part of a subscription, cancellation requests must be made before the next charge date. Charges already processed may not be reversible, but we will review each case and support where possible.
